About THM

Mission:

To empower Mums to live happier and healthier lives, have more time to themselves, to move better, feel stronger and make better food choices for both them and their growing family.

Founder:

Rachel is a Mum of 2 young children and stepped back from her full-time job as a primary teacher 3 years ago, when her second child was born just 2 days before the first covid lockdown. She set up her own Private Reformer Studio at home and quickly realised that many of her clients were women who were trying to conceive or had very small children and were struggling to cope with day-to-day tasks and finding time for themselves! She found herself giving tips and tricks to help her clients and they were having great success! Having 2 children under 5, living on the other side of the world from family; Rachel understands the mental, physical and emotional load of motherhood. She has tried and tested strategies, outsourced and developed ways to help burnt out mums manage their kids, household, keep up with meals etc. and make sure they are looking after their own health and wellbeing, plus taking time for themselves and having some sort of selfcare routine!

Why Work with THM?

​Rachel incorporates all her knowledge and experience when working with each Mum and can help you find a routine that works for you, your lifestyle and personal goals. 

Rachel is very passionate about Pregnancy, Childbirth and Postnatal care and has given birth twice in 2 year.  She experienced first-hand the positive impact that both being organised and doing some exercise has had on her body! She felt strong and energised both during and after her pregnancies! Rachel understands motherhood and wants all mums to be able to have more time to themselves; and exercise to not only strengthen their pelvic floor and core, but to get strong to manage a growing baby. She created The Health Movement with that in mind. 

THM Wellbeing Coaching Sessions cater to:

-Busy, burnt out Mums who want to go from surviving to thriving

-Mums wanting to get healthier and don’t know where to start?

-Tired or stressed mammies with no selfcare or time to yourself?

-Mums looking for support and guidance with home schedules, routines, meal planning?

Rachel can help make life for mums more manageable and less stressfulRachel believes in 12 weeks you will go from surviving to thriving with her coaching, and happy Mammy means happily family!

I started sessions with Rachel after the birth of my second baby. I was feeling lost and overwhelmed. My body and mind feels much more balanced already, and I notice a huge difference in my energy levels.
